Hey there! We’re Tyler and Kelsey, a couple who decided to pick up and move to 30A shortly after tying the knot. We have had our two fur babies since we got married but have always wanted to expand our family. After 7 years of marriage and trying to conceive, we experienced a shift in our hearts.
Our adoption journey kicked off on Mother’s Day 2022, a surprising lightbulb moment that changed the course of our lives. Navigating the adoption process proved to be filled with a rollercoaster of emotions.
In August 2022, we were matched with a baby boy we called Jackson. We were thrilled! In January 2023, the adoption did not go through. We firmly believe that we were matched with him for a purpose—to pray for him. Feeling devastated and defeated we held onto the hope that God had a greater plan.
In April 2023, our family received our little miracle—our precious baby girl. She is the answer to so many prayers, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
In the aftermath of our own adoption journey, we founded The Jackson Fund. It’s named after the little guy who left a lasting impact on our hearts. Our mission is simple – to lend a hand to families in the midst of their adoption journey, offering financial support and a bit of guidance.
At The Jackson Fund, we get it. Adoption comes with its emotional and financial hurdles. Our aim is to lighten that load, making the journey a bit smoother for those stepping into it.
